Return Policy

Products purchased from RSOS come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Act of the Philippines.

In cases where the product is defective or not of acceptable quality, the Customer is entitled to a repair, replacement, or return and refund depending on the circumstances. Defects must be reported as soon as they are detected, but not later than seven (7) calendar days upon receipt of products. Notifications of defects must always be made in writing and must be specified. If the Customer fails to notify us in time, the products are considered approved.

Any rejected product must be properly stored and kept available until the matter has been clarified. Alternatively, the rejected product can be returned at the expense and risk of the Customer after consultation with RSOS. If the complaint is justified, these costs will be reimbursed by RSOS.

RSOS is not responsible for any repair or replacement that is requested as a direct result of including, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, damage resulting from neglect, accident or improper use, or damages due to unconsented repairs by third parties.

RSOS does not offer change of mind refunds for custom-made or personalized products. Custom-made orders are deemed Final Sale and are not able to be returned or refunded. Once production has commenced, all costs of production have been incurred therefore a cancellation is no longer possible, and the custom product cannot be refunded. When a custom order has been confirmed, there are no guarantees that they are able to be modified. Charges will apply to approve and execute any production modifications.
