Production Guidelines

RSOS have made every effort to, as accurately as possible, display the images, set out the specifications, and describe the features of the products and their outputs that appear in our pages and site. We cannot guarantee that the Customer’s screen display will be accurate.

Initial or full payment shall be made on or before the 8:00 AM cut-off time to start Day 1. Otherwise, Day 1 shall start on the next working day. The production duration refers to the production period alone, it does not include the period for any layout modification and shipping. Production duration is in working days, Sundays and holidays are excluded.

Prior to production, the Customer has confirmed that the Final Order details are complete and correct. Production and shipping shall be based on these Final Order details. Only upon confirmation shall the production commence and Day 1 shall start.

The Customer shall be liable for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, and/or revisions of the Final Order details. The Customer shall bear any and all modification, re-engraving, recasting, and shipping costs outside of the confirmed Final Order details.

The Customer is responsible for providing their own layout. RSOS can provide layout services for a fee. Any instructions or preferences with regards to the layout must be clarified and confirmed by the Customer with RSOS.

For machine-made engraving, it is agreed that the output has even depth engraving and high resemblance to the logo/layout provided. The term high resemblance does not equate to 100% or exact copy. It refers to an evident similarity in general appearance. Limitations of metal engraving such as omission of minute details and merging of elements that do not have ample spacing, apply to machine-made engraving.

For manually-made engraving, it is agreed that the output has low resemblance to the logo/layout provided. The font styles and sizes are limited to the available craft tools and may not follow those on the logo/layout.
